I was able to find another clean towel, but at this point was very worried about the cleanliness of the room. It looked like someone used it or let cat walk all over it, and then hung it back up. At this point I found stains and more hairs on the hand towel. That one don’t work either, so I gave up and got ready for bed. So I went back downstairs a third time for new remote.

I finally was able to get tv on by unplugging and replugging but couldn’t change channels. I assumed it was remote so went downstairs for more batteries. Then I tried to turn on tv and it didn’t work. So I went downstairs, got sheets, blanket and pillows and returned upstairs to make my own bed. I was told they had sheets available but I would need to come get them because there was only one person at front desk and a line of people. I was so tired, I was tempted to just sleep on the other side of bed but when I turned down that side I found large, long hairs in it. I turned down the sheets and there was hair all over them. Thankfully they had one last room available though, so I was happy. I booked ahead and arrived around 7pm, and the front desk lady said there was not a room assigned to my reservation. I stayed at this Hilton on Tuesday, January 17th, because a snowstorm was coming in and I had a shift at the hospital the next day. I have stayed in Hilton for years and this is more like run down motel with bad management!! … I called back and he left the phone off the hook to not deal with.
I called back up the hotel and the receptionist literally hung up on me even though I am a Hilton member.

I was told due to the hassle of the microwave only the first day that I would get a free night compensation. Hot water on any day you have to wait 15 min to get a bit. Pool closed for maintenance or no hot water the entire time. Some kind of siren goes off at 11 every morning they can’t tell you why. WiFi so bad you can’t keep in connected for even 5 min to watch anything. Both sinks blocked and the dishwasher pumps dirty water back up the sink! I asked for maintenance never came they said they will come in 2 days never came! Fridge/freezer need de icing they are unusable. No one came in fact my room was cleaned once in 14 days. I was told someone will come to deep clean the next day. 2nd room black hairs all over the bedding, housekeeper comes to change and is rude to me, there are still black hairs in the new bedding!! And all over the towels! Sofa had white stains on you wouldn’t want to sit on and the computer chair was so dirty you couldn’t sit on.
